Shipping & Orders
When Will I Receive My Order?
Processing your order, manufacturing the products, and free shipping take 3 to 10 business days at most. We do everything we can to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible without compromising the quality of our merchandise.
My Order Isn’t Complete
If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on stock availability and warehouse locations. Don’t worry—your items are on the way and will arrive soon.
I Didn’t Receive My Order
Issues with shipping? Lost, damaged, or delayed package?
With our secure shipping, CasaClock takes care of disputes on your behalf. Your satisfaction is our top priority. We take full responsibility and will immediately resend a new package to you at no additional cost.

Yes, you can modify your order as long as it has not yet entered the "processing" stage.

Yes, you can cancel your order. However, if the order is already being prepared, a cancellation fee of 40% of the purchase price will apply.

I Want to Return an Item
We only accept returns in cases of verified manufacturing defects.
All our products undergo strict quality control before shipping. If you receive a defective product, please email a photo of the item (preferably in its original packaging) along with your order number to support@casaclock.com.
